This picture is drawn using a single line, which starts at the top left and ends in the bottom right of the frame. The darker the area being drawn, the more it moves vertically. In this case, it’s being used to accentuate the model’s extensive tattoo work.
A similar process was used to plot Wave to the Queen and, after the image was inverted, Dom.
